Terrance Day Newsletter - May 2008

Greetings,

Hello. It has been a bit too long since I have written
and lately I've been missing writing these newsletters.
Let's blame it on the economy. Yes, that is why I
haven't written.. oh, and the gas prices! What does
that have to do with it? Absolutely nothing. I'd blame
the weather too, but the weather has actually been ok
lately. Just kidding!

On a more serious note I wrote an eBook about a
special diet my wife and I did. It's called the
"Daniel Fast". Overall we lost at least 10 lbs each,
and did not eat any meat or animal products, along
with no sugar, no caffein (yikes!), no alcohol, and
many other restrictions. We did this for 37 days.

I have also learned about an interesting nutrient
called Nitriloside. This is lacking in our diets and
some say that this is a nutrient that can be used to
prevent, and even stop cancer in the body. This is

Lately, I've been interested in real estate and am
currently reading a book called "How To Be A Real
Estate Millionaire". The real estate market in
many Michigan cities provide an incredible
opportunity. Anyone looking for ways to make extra

My friends, I don't feel like talking much about
music but wanted to just update you on my life
lately. I have been writing some new songs, and
will be performing them live at new gigs. Next
month I'll be playing at the Raven Cafe in Port
Huron, a great place!

I have about 10 copies on CD left for the public.
Once they are gone, I am considering only selling
the album as a download. This certainly takes away
from the goal to sell 1,000,000 CDs, but I can
still keep the goal as selling 1,000,000 albums
which will come as an album download.

Let's see, what else is going on... Oh, I have
an eBay auction happening right now. I'm selling
a domain name. For example, one of the domains
I am offering for sale is "aromamelts.com".
Domains can be very valuable. For example, last
month somebody sold "aromatherapycandles.com"
for $22,000 dollars. This can be verified by doing
a Google search using that domain name. It's amazing
what domains can sell for. I've been just making a
little side cash so far with this. My current auction

In closing, I am looking forward to this summer and
am starting to focus on some new goals. This is an
exciting time, even though the economy is struggling
and gas prices keeping rising.
