Terrance Damian Newsletter - June 2007

Greetings,

Hi, I wanted to let you know that the master copy of "A Simple Life" (debut CD) has arrived. I posted 4 official tracks on Myspace today. Check out 4 of the tracks, and "add" any one of the songs to your profile on Myspace!

Listen now at the link below!

Fun Facts!

**The 10 songs on the upcoming CD were written in 10 days (including the 4 just added to Myspace).

**Those songs took 3 years to record, and over 600 hours of studio time for just under $20,000.

**The drummer who simply goes by "JR" recorded drums on these songs in only 1 take for most songs! Including playing the knock sound, high hats, kick, and his unique drum pattern in "What I'm Waiting For" (available to listen to on Myspace).

**The lead guitar player is Desi Serna. He published two books within that time including "How To Teach Guitar" and "Fretboard Theory". He also released a DVD recently! Most of his lead guitar tracks on the album were also done in just 1 take.

**The Bass player, Jim, was also the producer of the album.

**The vocals for the CD we're re-recorded 3 times over three years, with a combined average of 300 takes per song. Perfectionistic? Maybe.

**My wife Sarah played the Jaw Harp on "What I'm Waiting For", and sang backing vocals on "You Saved Me".

Sincerely,

Terrance
