Terrance Day Newsletter - February 2008

Greetings,

I've been away from home for over a month! My wife and I
stayed a week in Indiana, another week in Tennessee, two
weeks in South Carolina, and a weekend in Virgina. So,
I'm writing from a hotel as we will continue traveling
north all day Monday (today). You may be wondering what we
did this whole time....

Wrote 2 new songs.
Played some wonderful gigs, and open mics.
Worked from computer.
Spent a-lot of time at coffee houses.
Spent time taking walks (also by the ocean).
Watched Walker Texas Ranger.
Came up with about 5 or 6 new business ideas.
Prayed about the year ahead.
Planned some of the year ahead.
Wrote down tons of ideas and goals.
Registered some new domain names for future web sites.
Sold about 20 more CDs bringing me even closer to 1,000,0000

In closing, it is an absolute shame what has become of the
Presidential election! How diluted has everything become?
At this point, we cannot take for granite our freedoms
anymore. Not even a little. Nor can we let anything or
anyone interfere with our constitutional rights (not 1).
Perhaps in these next 4 years more rights will be taken away
than we ever even imagined. I hope and pray not. In my own
reading, hearing some facts, and gaining opinions.. I see
Hilary Clinton to be two faced. Obama comes from a Muslim
family and Muslim schooling (training) and was sworn into his
previous office using a Koran. Mike Huckabee seems to appeal
to the Southern states but get's criticism for being a
Christian? (how dare he!) I don't know much about the
Candidates. However, it's usually all about issues during
debates and speeches. If we just focus on issues, the
problems in our country will not be solved. The focus needs
to be elsewhere (on God). Until we as a Country change our
focus, things will continue to fall apart. My opinion
may not be part of today's Politically Correct views. Maybe
some reading this are offended. That is not my intention.
Either way, I'm happy to be using my freedom of speech, and
religion too. You can bet I'll be using my right to vote.
